"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"It was really good location, next to the bus stops where you could go and travel to different cities or even airport. Around 10 min walk from beautiful dunes. Some shops around, lots of restaurants. Pool was very clean. Lovely staff."

"3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. Plenty of sun lounges, but there are definitely some keen beans who like to reserve them before the sun has even come up. "

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Amazing facilities - what a place. If you want a luxury stay that’s child friendly and has delicious food then here’s your place. We stayed half board and it was more than enough for us, I think full board would have been too much if anything! Trying to find fault I would say the area doesn’t have a great deal of places to go, but lovely shops along the beach front and places to go, just not loads to explore. But there is more than enough to keep you happy at the resort with plenty of different pools and activities - if that’s the type of holiday you’re looking for it’s absolutely spot on!"
