My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’.

Honest review- great location, nice pool

Hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk down to Meloneras beach and the shops/bars/walkway (fantastic resort with classy restaurants and shops). The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, I like how it is set out that the rooms are not in a singular block and you have more of an independent feel. The pools are clean and warm and the gym is pretty good. The hotel is also a short walk to various bus connections. The lower large pool is the nicest and altough we were out of season it was never over crowded and relaxed. The hotel food was 3 star, it was always fresh and warm with a couple of choices but it was ok rather than amazing (I'd suggest bed and breakfast and go out for meals). If you have any mobility issues I'd suggest requesting a room nearer the reception as we were at the bottom of the gardens (it didnt bother us as fairly fit)

Nice hotel, staff and location less than ideal.

Comfortable rooms and nice pool and environs, but staff a bit grumpy. Most of the hotels in the area are all inclusive and it is a fair walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

Lovely complex multiple small pools plenty of sun loungers. Approximately 15/20 minute walk into town. Only down side is the pool bar which is the only bar onsite closes at 10pm

Disappointing.

Check-in we were asked for a deposit (in cash) for the tv remote(!) & 2 pool towels 30€. When we reached the room we realised that we would have to pay a deposit AND a charge to use the room safe (we did not use as I had already had to pay a charge to withdraw cash). We were told that rooms would NOT be cleaned on a daily basis. We were provided with a map to get to our room which included having to carry heavy suitcases downstairs - no assistance was offered or a ‘suitcase friendly’ route suggested (there were ramps available). Our balcony overlooked ground which was unbuilt on, quiet we thought until the circus tent a few hundred meters away started its two shows a day - we were not made aware of at any point. We were unable to enjoy sitting out on our balcony as the guests on the ground floor smoked outside frequently which also caused us to keep our room doors closed. Food: We paid for one evening meal 18€ each and there was a limited selection and poor value for money. Breakfast was good but lacked a wider selection of fruit and cereals. We felt the room was tatty in areas, the bed fabric was torn underneath and a bar broken, there was a cigarette burn the fridge leaked and the railings were rusty. The pool areas were nice, some maintenance required in areas where tiles were falling off and a broken floor flight which could be a trip hazard. When we checked out the desk attendant was more interested in chatting to his colleague than wanting to help us - very rude.

Von außen ist okay von innen ist alles ein bisschen alt es hat drei Sterne. Entsprechend ist das Buffet auch nur so lala zum Frühstück. Alles andere haben wir nicht getestet und wollten auch gar nicht.

Ok værelse. 15 min gang til Faro /fyret. Fine pools og ting at lave på stedet. Padle banen er lidt slidt… Rengøringen er ikke helt god. Snavset bag døre, under sengen mm. Meget støj fra personale. Personale råber til hinanden udenfor. Og samtlige vogne støjer. Værelse 2011 ligger dårligt ifh støj fra vej og personale

Cay Beach - stort sett bra!

Godt hotell, passe stort, veldig hyggelig betjening i poolbaren, flink og hyggelig reingjøringspersonale, og etter hvert litt "oppmjuking" bak resepsjonsdisken også! vi har jo "bare" vært der i 10 år nå! Herlige svømmebasseng, men problem med aggressive familier noen ganger, som bryter reglene om stupeforbud, og gjør det farlig for oss andre svømmere. Der er badevakta altfor uklar, trass i klager fra oss! Vi forlanger trygge basseng! Ellers alt bra !

Vi hadde et supert opphold. Rommet var enkelt og fint. Vi hadde balkong ut mot husene ved siden av hotellet slik at vi hadde lite innsyn, og det likte vi godt. Stille og rolige omgivelser👍Vi likte godt bassengområdet og gymmen like utenfor rommet vårt. Savnet boblebadet som ikke fungerte under hele oppholdet på 2uker. God frokost. Kommer gjerne igjen dit.

Ligger i et stille område, men tæt på strandpromenaden. Det tager ca 10-15 min at gå hen til de første restauranter mm. På promenaden. Vi var der i november, så der var ikke fyldt på hotellet, så vi oplevede det roligt, med gæster i en moden alder. Vi spiste kun aftensmad på hotellet, 1 gang og det var "okay" til prisen (18 euro) Der er lidt lydt i lejligheden og i mellem boligerne ( føltes lidt som når man står inde i en gård) men vi havde stille naboer. Internettet virkede ikke de første par dage, de havde dog lidt dækning i receptionen, men det tog en evighed at downloade noget. Vi var også et smut i træningscentret, som havde alt til husbehov. Så alt i alt, et hyggeligt sted.

Bra enkelt hotell.

Andra gången på Cay Beach Meloneras. Förra för två år sedan. Ett bra enkelt hotell med mycket aktiviteter. Ingen lyx men allt funkar och det ligger bra med 200m ner till strandpromenaden. Vi gick till fyren varje dag - typ 1,6km. Gillar frukosten som är väldigt generös, bra gym, biljardbord, litecslitet pingisbord, minigolf, paddel-bana. Vi hängde mycket på stranden men även i poolen längst in. Bra att det är lite blandade nationaliteter också - svenskar, norrmän, finnar, tyskar, holländare, engelsmän.
