"Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced.
