"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. "Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. "I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again."
