"Arrived late and collected the keys per instructions. The grounds are stunning and maintained to a high standard. Our apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping every second day from arrival ensured it was kept clean. Staff all very pleasant and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. The main bus station is a 2 minute walk. "I have stayed here a number of times before - it is clean, modern, well furbished and well located 5 mins walk from either the Yumbo or the Beach. It has two good pools and entertainment nightly. It was full on my recent visit and unfortunately for some reason staff were reserving large numbers of loungers before dawn each morning for guests who actually sometimes didn't use them during the day. "My room 1272 was a good size for solo use, it was a bit of a walk from reception but there’s clear steps/walkways. Some aspects a bit dated. Could not use balcony due to sharp palm tree leaves taking up 1/2 the space. Walk to the beach/shops was ok, around 15 minutes safe and quiet area. The walk back from the beach does have a small incline but most people with moderate fitness will cope. Would not have paid the full price but it was fairly priced for the ‘offer price’."
