"Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "

"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning! "

"We specifically booked a room via Expedia with swimming pool views and we were assigned a room with the opposite views... Hotel said it was Expedia fault... Expedia said it was the hotel fault... We had to wait 2x nights before we could move to a room with swimming pool views and had to pay extra for that... No compensation was given whatsoever for the first t wo nights on the 3rd floor. Hotel staff is nice and the cleaning is good. When booking next time, book directly and not through Expedia....
