"Reasonable place for a one-two nights’ stay. The place is right in absolutely gorgeous downtown La Palma, restaurant is literally next door. Property is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is well stuffed. Beware, that closest parking is 7 min walk. Also, there is no reception, just an online instruction how to enter the property. It was OK, but after long-long day I wish there was someone at the reception who would have just given me a key to my room without the need to solve multiple puzzles....

"Friendly staff, clean when I arrived. Close to shops, however needed to get used to the location in order to memorize it. Some guests there were not very clean. Good option."

"Clean rooms and very convenient city center but no parking and there is a club directly underneath the hotel so if you’re looking for a good nights rest, this is not the place to stay literally music until 5 AM in the morning but so loud that I couldn’t even hear my TV"

"Owner was waiting for me at the airport. Cooked a meal for me as soon as we arrived. V comfortable bed. DIY breakfast. No frills but excellent for a stopover or a few days stay."

"Really attractive accommodation and excellent provision of tea coffee milk bread cakes etc. Lovely bedroom and bathroom and nice outside space. A nice authentic Spanish restaurant about ten minutes walk away. Only negative is that there isn’t much else to see or do within walking distance so you need a car to go anywhere—but would suit people wanting a quiet retreat."

"Nice apartment & room. It’s a bit hard to find though, even for a local taxi driver. And the keys are confusing..which key is for which door? Also I didn’t know where to leave the keys when I left..it’s not possible to lock the doors & post the keys back through a letterbox. But I would stay here again as the room, apartment & bathroom are all fine :) I do still recommend it : )"

"Here you get what you pay for. But still there could be done some small improvements thst whould lift the quality. Here you share a small appartment with other people that come and go and sometimes noice a lot and take your stuff in the fridge. And a lot of cochrages and other bugs. The cleaning could easy be much better. Nice people running the place, but I guess they have a little too much to do. But overall I got what I needed."

"Les seuls points positifs étaient l'emplacement (proche de la Playa del Inglés), le calme de l'immeuble et les draps propres. Il s'agissait en fait d'un appartement retapé à la va-vite, divisé en 2 avec une entrée commune pour une des chambres qui avait sa propre salle de bain et une autre entrée pour l'autre partie composée de 2 chambres, d'une petite cuisine commune et une salle de bain commune. "Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much.
