Great little getaway.

WiFi didn’t work and low water pressure in toilet tap. Kitchen was brilliant with a lot of kit. Cooking was very easy. Mini market is also great.

Amazing and quiet place, everything on top and very impressive considering the 3 stars service. Please just one reccomandation: pool was always too much cold, even on these hot days. Why?

Good hotel and location

The location of Caybeach was fine for us as we had a car. There is a free bus from the hotel to Maspalomas beach a few times per day. The apartment we had was at the back of the large site and not in a sunny position. The staf were fine and friendly, I would stay again.

Nice.

Nice Room, however the air con charge was a surprise! You also had to pay for extra towels! Oh and the TV, not as though it was needed! Poolside Bar and Restaurant staff and service very good. Reception most helpful.

Fantastic family stay during a massive heatwave. Aircon room was appreciated. Pretty large pool with bar services and food. Beds are pretty comfortable as far as holiday beds go. Our only issue was the noise of the cleaners way in the morning. Cleaning carts wasn't so bad but the ladies would shout down to each other. One morning the bungalow next to use had been getting cleaned at 8 am and the beds being moved around bellowed throughout our room. Other than that can't fault the place equal distance to the lighthouse area than it is to kasbah/jumbo. Quiet in the evenings.

Fabulous!

Fantastic experience here. We stayed in a large bungalow (2 adults 1 child), we requested 2 bungalows next door to each other which was honoured. The bungalows were much bigger than we expected and were very clean and were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are good facilities on site, including a pool bar, shop, games area and restaurant which are all reasonably priced. We did a pay as you go breakfast, which was good and very reasonable for children at €3.50. The pool was cleaned daily - one of the cleanest pools I have seen. There is also a little jacuzzi area which we enjoyed. The complex is about 5 mins in a taxi to the beach and lighthouse, which costs around €5. As soon as reception calls a taxi one arrives! There are lots of taxis in the town / by the beach to bring you back. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.

Die Anlage ist okay, für Kinder ideal. Leider etwas abgelegen, Bus fährt zwar täglich zum Strand aber nur 1 Mal. Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich da, aber es fahren wenige Linien. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Vi hadde et ok opphold. Deilig med et lite privat basseng. Rommet var ikke helt rent ved ankomst. Det var bl.a. ikke vasket i skapene. Der lå det sand. Vi hadde også kakerlakker på rommet, noe som ikke var spesielt hyggelig. Minus for at man må betalt 3 euro dagen for safe og depositum på 10 euro for fjernkontroll. Bassengområdet var fint. Gratis shuttle bus til stranden var bra. Hyggelig personale 😊

Schöne Hotelanlage mit großem Pool und freundlichem Personal. Unser Bungalow war schon sehr abgenutzt und nur teilweise renoviert.

L’hôtel est bien situé et facile d’accès. La piscine est grande et le pourtour très joli. Certains transats sont un peu vieux mais corrects. Le personnel est très sympathique. Une mention spéciale pour Carlos au restaurant le soir qui est au TOP : professionnel et attentionné. Le personnel de nettoyage est très efficace et l’hôtel est toujours propre. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du soir sont toujours re achalandés. Juste une suggestion : Il faudrait penser à mettre un écriteau ou une signalisation pour les produits typiques. Nous avons très bien mangé. Les hébergements sont jolis et bien équipés, il y a tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas si besoin. Les serviettes sont changées 5 fois par semaine si on veut, ce qui est plus que suffisant. Nous reviendrons avec joie et pourrons recommander cet hébergement. Merci

Englisch- und Gaylastige Unterkunft…. In der Anlage sind verschiedene Bungalows (Normal bis Premium) und Größe zu buchen, die Premium Bungalows sind besser ausgestattet und verfügen über eigene Liegen. Frühstück und abendliches Buffet muss nicht mit gebucht werden. Es kann in der Unterkunft direkt bei Betreten des Restaurants bezahlt werden. Frühstück kostet 7,50 €, das Buffet 14 €. Im allgemeinen war die Anlage sehr ruhig. Das änderte sich als die Herbstferien anfing…. Für uns nervig war das ständige Reservieren von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen am Pool. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Sonnenschirme nicht….der Pool war sehr groß. Duschen für spätere Abreise sind vorhanden…bitte an der Rezeption anmelden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich… WLAN viel des öfteren aus und war am Pool so gut wie nicht vorhanden….
