"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork.
