"My first time to Gran Canary. Wanted an all inclusive experience for my holiday. So glad I picked this hotel! Worth the money. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Hotel staff was superb! From the moment I arrived, I felt as if I was treated like the only person there. Everyone is attentive and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean. Mine overlooked the grounds and gave me unobstructed views of the ocean and sunrise. The bed was extremely comfortable. Each morning I didn’t want to leave the bed as I slept so well! The breakfast buffet was unmatched. Anything and everything you would fancy was available and delicious! Multiple restaurants on site. Three of them you need to book a reservation. Do so before you arrive so you have no issues. I heard some guests complain that they could not eat at a particular restaurant due to lack of availability. I was a solo traveler and it was pretty easy to get squeezed in. I did book a dinner each night once I checked in. However, there are restaurants that don’t need a reservation and one that is buffet style. Cocktails, wine and beer flowed freely! Free activities at the hotel to keep you busy. My only complaint is that I wish spa access to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna was included in your stay. East beach access was a plus. The walking path helped me get some exercise in. The hotel gym is small but has everything you would need. Would absolutely stay again! "

"We did the check in an the ac was not working they sent somebody to fix it but he couldn’t do fix it I ending not able to sleep until i demanded another room and they finally at 11 pm gave a room with no view it is also very noise the entrainment is so loud "

"I stayed here for a quick trip after attending a medical conference in Italy. I was quite happy with the hotel. My room was clean and ready when I arrived and comfortable. The view from the balcony Was lovely. The main pool was nice, and an important difference from Caribbean resorts is that any time you could walk up and find a lounge chair compared to making up at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs. The drink service was good, though not quite as attentive as I would have liked. My only concern was that I travelled here with friends/colleagues and one of 5 nights we were having a nice time on the patio outside bar. Another guest screamed at us and threw water off their balcony at us. This was before midnight at an all inclusive resort. Nobody was hurt. But this is completely unacceptable. And when it was raised to the hotel staff we were told that “it’s a quiet hotel” instead of dealing with the problem. Laughing on a patio bar before midnight while on vacation should not be considered inappropriate and the handling was completely wrong. "
