The location is excellent! This is what you are paying for. Very close to major train lines, great restaurants and walking distance to Tsukiji. More mellow at night compared to shibuya and shinjuku. The staff was helpful, the amenities were adequate. I especially appreciated the amenities shelf in the lobby where I could pick up some random things I needed like hair ties and bath salts haha. "
