The property itself is in decent condition with a single elevator and adequate amenities. It's fairly clean overall but you'll find some dust in areas if you're on the tall side. The rooms are very small, but they were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Not taking any stars off, but you can hear the late night crowd outside. Loved our stay with an amazing view of tower!

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. As a whole, the hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff :) They took care of our luggage transport to Kyoto which was really nice. We would definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."
