"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. "We liked that the hotel was modern and the staff very friendly and very convenient. What we didn’t like was the room size it was a lot smaller than anticipated. Comaparing sizes on the internet it was saying it was similar to another hotel we had stayed at and that may be true but the extra space was in the bathroom where you don’t need it. We found there was no space to put your bags. Ok for a one night stay but no longer."

"Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "

"I stayed here for a few days using it as a base to get to Tokyo without staying in Tokyo itself. The area seemed really vibrant and there is a music venue close to the hotel, although I didn’t stay to see any performances. The staff were helpful with checkin/checkout but that was my only interaction with them. The room was a good size for my needs too."

"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station's East exit and in a quiet block. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Trend Omiya is a hidden gem, super affordable and convenient. I would definitely stay there again! "

"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room. I wish I picked something with a closer train station. Everything was very clean and the services were ok. We didn’t really use any of the amenities except for the washer and dryer which are not meant for anything heavier than the occasional shirt. I tried washing 5 pants on a washer and dryer and my tees in another and I did the dryer twice and everything was still wet."
