"The size of this room was amazing in Tokyo. We had space which was lovely after being squished together for a week of traveling. Staff was very helpful and polite (as was every Japanese person we encountered— a lovely culture). Some parts of the hotel needed some love - peeling wallpaper in several places. I would stay here again - close to the train and the beds were very comfortable. "

"Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels. "

"We loved our stay here. This was our first time visiting Japan, so we wanted to book somewhere central to the busy Tokyo areas. This hotel was perfect. It is steps away from Shin Okubo, which is only one stop away from Shinjuku, and has a 7-11 kitty corner to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, from complimentary toiletries and coffee to peaceful onsens that were free for guests. The staff were friendly, and the room layouts were terrific. We will be back!"

"Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Like the sheltered walkway from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Good for wet days. However; it takes at least 15 minutes to reach the station. We found a 100yen WE bus that is right in front of the hotel and goes to Shinjuku West exit to the station. A good option for those who prefer not to walk the long distance. Room is reasonable as i opted for a bigger room, knowing the small size of room in tokyo hotels. There are eateries within the hotel and 2 convenience...

I loved that you can leave your luggage in a safe area to go around the city before check-in, and the breakfast was great.
