"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. "Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV"

"Great location, comfortable bed. It is cramped, but it’s a hostel after all. I’d stay again if I return to Tokyo. I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service."

"This is my first time visiting Tokyo and Juyoh was my first hotel/hostel stay. What a great first impression of Japanese hospitality. Juyoh is located in Taito City, which is a charming and quieter area north of Ginza. The room is modestly sized with a tatami style sleeping mat and cushion, which is quite comfortable for people who are minimalists, a sleeping style called "shikibuton." There is no TV. "I stayed here for one night with my wife. It’s right next to Gora station so very convenient. It was clean and modern and had a great little onsen too. The staff were brilliant - very happy to help. There was a good breakfast included with the room. I would definitely recommend."

"I loved the futon beds. The room is so big!! A vietnamese girl in front desk are really nice to help us. The decorations are really nice to and neat. Relly tall. I also loved the bathroom. Including shower 🚿. Hope you enjoy it! "

"Beyond my expectations. Stay in a room with the harbor view. Great view at night. The ferry. The Harbor. The city. And a bottle of whisky. Will come back to stay in this hotel. I’ve stayed in other APA but this one is the biggest and the best."

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3

5/5 Excellent

"Very nice hotel. Room are small by US standards but fine for our visit. The best thing for us was that it was directly connected to terminal 3 of the airport. We had a 14 hour flight into Tokyo and being able to walk across the terminal to our hotel was extremely convenient and easy. We were able to shop a bit before going to sleep. In the morning, a short elevator ride to the departure terminal to catch our early flight. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was a nice mix of western and Asian food. I would definitely book this hotel traveling in and out of Tokyo in the future. "

"Close to shops and walkable distance from train stations. It's actually away from the sketchier part of Shinjuku so you don't encounter the touts on your walking path to main shopping area or the train stations. I have stayed there twice and will be staying s third time when I visit again in a few days."
