"Great place to stay regarding Japanese customs and culture."

"The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The location is a short walk from the Gora station and there’s a lovely coffee shop at the base of the hill the hotel is on. The rooms are plenty spacious and the bar / social area is warmly lit and friendly. The other guests staying were welcoming and chatty but would give you space if needed to. And the onsen!? Amazing. The stone bath is a great size to relax in and you can book a slot for the evening before you head out in the morning, the cypress...

"It's a great stay here, friendly staff service but a bit inconvenience as it's situated at hilly terrains, especially carrying large luggages uphill by walk on our arrival. The onzen, kitchen and pantry facilities was nice and convenient. "

"This place is esentially a capsule hotel with a common era and a public bath + onsen. Many positives to this place including: - The common area is very nice with a full kitchen and lounge area with books and tea. - There are indoor and outdoor gender separated onsens and showers.
