A couple of negatives for us was no English Channel on the TV (just to catch up on news etc) also we felt for us dining options were very limited close by - we went up to Ginza for restaurants etc about a 15 min walk or short taxi ride. Several supermarkets very close to the property. Close to metro stations and taxis everywhere Staff always helpful and friendly. Monday Apartments are a nice touch to hotel living, the facility and staff were well prepared to address any of our needs, as well it was clean, modern and well taken care of and supplied. "Stayed here for 5 nights and found the location to be extremely convenient as it is just 3 mins walk to the popular Nakamise shopping street. Plenty of food options in this area. Hotel staff we interacted with all spoke good English. An excellent location to stay if you wish to explore Tokyo by metro/subway. We had strollers with us so it was great that there was an exit across the road from the hotel that had elevator."
