Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. "Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. "APA hotel & resort Roppongi was absolutely beautiful place to stay for my solo trip of 9 days in Japan. It was a very clean environment. They gave you freah towels daily. Cleaned the room every 3 day for hygienic purposes, which I appreciate. The room was a little spacious for one may 2 people but no more than that, especially if you have bags. There is no microwave or ironing board in the rooms but both things were located by the vending machines for people to use and/or return. As far as having a place to sleep and wash up i would definitely stay here again whenever I have another visit to Japan. "
