Breakfast and dinner was very good.AND the best front desk Employees you would find is at Royal Park, I had the most amazing assistant with the wheelchair help and even checked me at the JAL counter by a Taiwanese staff I didn’t get her clear naivety She’s Superb!!! ❤️❤️🥰"

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."
