"We had a great stay. The first evening was very noisy due to a wedding party underneath us. Not too much of a problem as we are very tolerant but it was noisy! There is only one sofa bed as furniture in the living area and this was too small for all of us and not very comfortable. Could have done with more comfy furniture to relax on. "

On day still no info of code or how to get in as no reception, spoke to yourselves day before and even you couldn’t get hold of them. "Hotel doesent give deposit back . Hotel was not very clean had blood marks rtc on bed sheets. Some of the walls had door marks in them and the door handles were very loose ready to fall off . The wooden panels underneath the dishwashers were extremely loose etc. we felt very unwelcomed due to all of this as all of this damage was already here before we enterd the property signifying that they may be trying to set us up not to get our deposit back (in which we didn’t receive back )"
