"We were taking our daughter to the airport in the early morning the room had direct access to the carpark so we could take her and return to bed without disturbing other guests which made our life easier. Food was good value and seemed to be cooked from scratch also no need to book ahead. Breakfast was flexible from 8.30 to gone 11am which was handy. Thankyou. EV charging available on site at about 55p kWh for 22kw chargers so not the cheapest but ok to give your EV a top up.😁"

"The staff were wonderful. The room was a good size and was welcoming. It was a continental breakfast, which suited us, as we were able to get what we wanted and take it to the room to eat. The dinner was delicious and there was plenty of it. Because the hotel is not staffed overnight, they asked if we wanted fresh milk and organised a little bottle for us. They also gave me a large bottle of water, as I had not had time to buy one."

"Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too). "Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. ALL of the staff from reception, to restaurant to the engineer who came to week our air con controls were just lovely and so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you"
