"We just had a 4 night stay but it was a very pleasant experience. The Coach House is well laid out, especially for two sets of families. The beds are comfortable and the whole property is clean. It is ideally situated for walking locally and for visiting the sights."

"We had an amazing place, everything was just perfect. The room was huge, bed very comfortable, hot shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, all you need to be happy. The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break. If we ever visit the area again, we'll definitely choose the The Church Farm. "

"Exceeded expectations. The photos cannot capture the true glory of the setting: an extended log cabin nestling in a large grassy area, surrounded by forest. We had beautiful weather, which helped, but even if the weather hadn't been so good I think we would still have had a great stay. Lots to do and see and in the local area: the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley, Coleford and Monmouth within easy reach. We also went swimming and had. a sauna at Keeper's Pond in the Brecon Beacons near Abergavenny - a 40 minute drive. The 6 and 3 year olds in the party had a wonderful time playing outside and exploring the forest, while the adults relaxed, ate outside, sat around the fire in the evening. Catherine, the host, is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. She came to visit on the first evening to check we were ok. The one upstairs bedroom is very warm in warm weather, but the occupants slept with the stable door half open. The cabin has an unbelievably well resourced kitchen; we even baked a cake! And tv's in every room, although we never really used them. We would definitely go back. It is the best family rental that we have experienced. If you like nature, quirkiness, getting away from it all, you'll like this."

"Exactly what we were looking for! Ample space inside for 9 people and one dog. We’re a family who love all things outdoors, so location was perfect. Even the very steep walk down to the pub didn’t put us off. Great kitchen, table outside and charcoal bbq (we didn’t use the dining room). Enjoyed watching Paris 2024 in the lounge in the evenings."
