Very easy check in, staff extremely friendly, got upgraded to a sea view room that was a lovely touch. Our room was large, clean, and light, bed was really comfortable. Will definitely return.

Property was well situated to all the amenities, staff were very nice. Downside was to close to the lively part of town. Kareoko Bar immediately behind the hotel which closes at 2am and next to two nights clubs. Weatherspoons on the otherside. .

Good for a short break
Such a great location and free parking is a massive plus. Weston Super Mare is a quiet and friendly town. All the staff at the hotel were pleasant and professional.
