"Wanted a night away over the bank holiday but not too far from home (Wales) so this was perfect. Booked the club package and for £70 it was exceptional value. Room was great, perfect for a short stay, had everything I needed. Dyson hair dryer, capsule coffee machine, reusable water bottle for the gym and a bag of jelly babies, marketing team excelled by renaming them ‘Village People’! Really good levels of service and good in room information via QR codes. Self check in was quick and efficient. Having use of the gym was a bonus. Towel and locker key provided. Gym very very well equipped, nice pool but mostly loved the steam room , sauna and ice bath. I didn’t eat or buy drinks (apart from Starbucks coffee in the morning) as huge M&S 5 min drive so bought food with me for an in room picnic! Would definitely book again especially for the price I paid "

"We had a couples weekend away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and comfortable. Food took a little time to come out, however was well worth the wait! Giant pizzas (enough for 2 of us to share) and highly recommend the ham croquettes!! Buses to the city centre are just outside and frequent. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back again."

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "
