"I only rated this hotel 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 6 stars. The staff is wonderful and the GM (Orlando) is awesome. Staff makes you feel welcome and APPRECIATED!! Property is beautiful with a great pool and beach area. Great dining and a decent casino (if that’s your thing). Something for everyone and I recommend this place 12 out of 10. "

"Stayed here for one night before our cruise. The checkin desk was overwhelmed and it took a long time to get our room but the manager was accommodating and offered us a free breakfast which was great value. Location, location, location! We were able to walk across to the cruise ship terminal. "

"We would absolutely come back! Our room was spacious and clean. Perfect size for our family of 3. We were able to use the facilities across the street with ease via the connecting walkway in the 2nd FL. Bonus that they had a Starbucks on the first floor. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and also SJU airport. "
