Find Hotel with a Concierge in Portland, OR

"Property is really nice! Feels like a fancy hotel. Only complaint is they don’t have a microwave in the room, other than that, it’s nice! I have 4 days booked later this month, so I wanted to come check it out before. The patio room facing the park is really nice! When you check in, they send you a link to fill out. On that link you can pay for early check in for $25, upgrade your room, and choose a 2pm or 4pm late checkout for $20/$40. However they won’t be able to tell you if you can until the morning. Valet guy was awesome and super helpful! He let me know that if you do a 4:00pm checkout, they charge for an additional day on valet parked cars @ 3:00pm. So that was super helpful to know! Nice property, the bathtub is huge in the room we are in, we originally booked a king room with a balcony, and upgraded to the patio room with park view. Very nice! "

"I arrived early (about 11:30 AM), and was delighted that there was a room available, which was very convenient and appreciated. Breakfast was great - lots of options hot and cold, plenty of seating. Had fun conversations with a couple of other travelers. Nice tea selection in the lobby which was enjoyed Saturday night. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Check out in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday went smoothly, with a cheerful staff despite the hour. All in all, a great stay."
