The very first staff member I encountered was so nice! Everyone else seemed kind of rude and uppity. I didn’t appreciate that. Clearly we could afford to be there, so didn’t like the treatment as if we didn’t or that we were bothering them. Also, the pool closed at 9 but everyone got kicked out at 845.

Amenities are great. Rooms are nice. Elevators were always crowded and slow and then 2 of them shut down. Prices at the on-site market felt high because there’s really no other options nearby and having to pay for bottled water in room feels old school.

This place was a sanctuary away from home. The rooms were a bit small but nice, the lobby was beautiful and the staff was above average. My biggest complaint about this place is the so called “relaxation” room where the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room were. Every time I tried to go to the pool area as I walked out the elevator you could hear kids yelling. There is nothing relaxing about a room full of yelling kids and parents that don’t care with them. I was extremely excited for these amenities but was greatly disappointed. Some posted rules in the pool area would be beneficial. Kids and there parents who don’t care aren’t the only ones trying to relax and enjoy for what they paid for and what was part of the reason I chose this property instead of plenty of other ones in the area.

A nice property overall, however, there was a worryingly suspicious white substance (I won’t elaborate further) splattered on the headboard and couch, our shower contained an empty body wash container, and the pool area was unkempt and under stocked (no towels).
