I was nervous about a medical procedure I was going to in the next hour, and she was so kind and supportive - even calling me a cab when my Uber app was acting up! Excellent customer service!"

"The hotel was nice and clean and everything was in order but my favorite was the STAFF!! From Alfonso taking care of my car each night, to Leo brining me an extra blanket to Evelyn at the front desk.. even the guy who got my car in the mornings!! Traveling for work is never fun and the week started out terrible but coming back to the hotel each night was great, put a smile on my face and gave me peace of mind!! Definitely recommend staying there especially after a long day! "

"I was there for an association event. Although I didn't book the room with the block, I was upgraded to a room with the group. I was busy hoating our event in their ballrooms, I didn't get to stay in the room much. When I did, the atmosphere was relaxing and had everything I needed. Too bad I didn't get to experience the restaurant downstairs. Overall, friendly staff and great customer service. I would stay there again."
