Upon arrival we checked in, went up the elevator to second floor walked out of the elevator and it smelt like gas. I had to go downstairs and tell the lady cause they knew nothing about it and once she went up there, she called 911 turned the alarm on and evacuated all everybody out of the building. I got a headache, and I threw up because of the smell. and still had to wait a couple of hours till they fire trucks okayed for everybody to go back in.

Beware: cheap rates come at a price. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and there was no hot water, and even after I contacted management, they played it off by saying that it is a big building and that I should just let the water run awhile to get the hot water! The rooms were outdated, I felt like I went back in time to the 70s. The carpet was extremely stained and there was a strong smell upon initial entry. Will not be staying in this hotel again. Bad experience all around.

Ended up getting a refund the shower didn’t work and spewed dirty standing water so we couldn’t use it. Some woman’s eyelashes were in the covers that had stuck to the sheets. Thankful to Expedia for getting me the refund.. this place needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Clean overall, good soaps and shampoos. Helpful front desk.Room was in ok /poor condition. No control over central heating/air unit. No room service for a 4 day 3 night stay? But I never did inquire about it. Lastly the breakfast was VERY limited.

The cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and dirt in several areas, giving it an overall neglected appearance. Additionally, the decor felt outdated and in dire need of a refresh, contributing to a lackluster atmosphere. Moreover, the staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive, making it difficult to receive the attentive service one would expect.
