The Pool! The largest, warmest(in winter) and deepest in the whole Bay Area. Also the very friendly, fast, and courteous women running the show at the check-in counter. AWESOMENESS!!!!!

Have been staying here a long time. Love that the pool is heated in winter and has an actual deep end. Very convenient if you have business in Pleasanton. Hot tub was out of order this time, but isn’t usually. Good staff, I can always request the room type I want and usually get it.

TV didn’t work and someone came to help me understand the remote. Couldn’t check in at 3 because rooms were being cleaned. Was called at approximately 4pm. Challenges were quickly addressed
