"This is my Go To place in Pleasanton, CA. Very consistent in all services and amenities. Great hot breakfast every day, and always coffee and tea in the lobby with tables and chairs to enjoy. Rooms have a TV that one can "cast to", so you can choose your own programming from your phone apps. And now there is a small strip of stores and eateries next door, so easy food availabulity. Front desk staff/mgr were friendly and efficient. The kitchenettes are well stocked to keep/re-heat restaurant...

"The staff was wonderful. I liked the proximity to a Safeway. They offer earplugs, but we didn't really need it. The parking lots surrounding the property (that aren't for hotel staying guests) is a bit confusing, but otherwise, all was good."

"What a fantastic property. The grounds and the rooms are clean and spacious, and we were very comfortable staying here. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and they even had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Great attention to detail and huge two bedroom suites make this a place we will be frequenting often, thanks for being so accommodating Hyatt House."
