This fantastic Residence has been recently renovated with many new upgrades, and with amazing details.

The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have an amazing view to the Caribbean Sea, with a big terrace on the beach with 2500 sq ft with BBQ, where you have direct access to the beach. You are about 5 to 10 minutes to the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, or from down town area by bus or taxi.

Perfect Beachfront Bachelorette Party
We rented this house for a bachelorette party - 8 women total. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is literally oceanfront- maybe 15 steps from the property’s front steps to the ocean. The pool overlooking the ocean was clean and very refreshing every day. The kitchen was well equipped (except no dishwasher) and large. The living and dining areas had expansive views of the ocean and were very comfortable. The bedrooms were massive and the AC was very strong, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The property was well guarded / secure, and was a short walk to a few beach bars, Starbucks, and a corner shop for ice, sodas/water, snacks, and alcohol. It was also only about a 5 minute walk from the dock where our boat day excursion left. Owner communication was excellent. 10/10 stay and hope to be back soon!

Great place for big group
The house is great with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing I think should be included is extra toilet paper and potable water as essentials. Daniel did get us an extra bottle of water at my request which I was thankful. Communication with the host was easy and he answered within a reasonable time.

We booked this property for my bachelorette and it was the perfect accommodation for 13 people. The space itself was well equipped, spacious and clean. There’s also a convenient store a few blocks away that we frequented daily. Daniel our host was great to work with and very responsive. He helped provide recommendation for transportation, private chef services and even in-house massages. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

In addition to it being a great home to stay in for our vacation the host (Daniel) was excellent in ensuring we had a great experience. We we arrived one of the A/C units in the home had stopped working. I contacted the host and by the next afternoon he had a tech notion there to install a new unit to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here both for the level of service provided and the great location.

Great home. Great location. Great housekeepers (Maria).. The lady that manages the house (Natalia) is very nice until u don’t use her for your excursions, then she never returns your calls! .. We had a large adult group & had plenty of space.

The most amazing house!!!!!!!!!
We had a family vacation at this beautiful home. It was my husband and two children, my parents, and sister and her spouse. What a chill and beautiful home! We enjoyed everything about it. The kids had 2 pools to swim in and everywhere you looked there was a view. I think it's the first vacation I have come back from where I feel like I really came back rested. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay awesome. Daniel was seriously amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We will be back!!! M.ines

My family and my brothers’ family rented this place so we could all stay together as a family of 12. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property sits in a gated community with excellent staff that always assisted us. The back deck of the property is literally on the beach. The kids played on the beach frequently but did not swim in the water there as the seaweed was a little scary for them. The views of the beach and water were amazing! There is also a little grocery mart like 2 blocks away that came in very handy. We contacted the owner on a few occasions with a few questions and he was always very prompt to reply and make any adjustments necessary. Daniel was excellent to work with. We would definitely return to this rental.

This place is the real deal!
My family and I had such a great stay. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were sturdy and the mattresses were comfortable. The pool was nice and maintained daily. The outdoor patio furniture was wonderful. Hot water forever in the showers, all the kitchenware you could need. Fridge took a little while to cool down but did and kept all our food nicely chilled. Not a big deal, but no ice maker so we just bought some, worked out fine. Daniel always got back with me within ten minutes and had great info to share. Family felt so safe having it be a gated community with friendly gatekeepers. I worry about getting taken by people but please hear me. You will NOT be disappointed. Great TV and wifi as well for the kiddos when it got hot in the afternoon. A large five gallon water dispenser was there and fresh water provided each day. Everything was great!

5 Star Experience and More!!!! (Simply Incredible)
There are no words to describe our 2nd home (this House). My wife turned 30 and we invited 2 other couples to join us on this romantic birthday getaway. The house is simply amazing. The views are amazing, all beach front property and has a big terrace on the beach, ohhhhhhh!! unbelievable, the community is quiet and the service provided by the house was perfect. There were a total of 6 people in the house and it was more then enough room to be 'romantic' and also spend time together. Maria the housekeepers were amazing and they sure can make an amazing breakfast. Make sure you book them to cook and they also will buy groceries from the local store. The beds are so comfortable better then any hotel we have ever stayed at. Please do not wait any longer to book this place. Book now as you will not regret it. Awesome home for a large group
My friends and I gathered here together for a vacation. There were 12 of us and we all enjoyed the house, the pool and the review very much. The host Daniel and his wife were extremely communicative and it made the entire process so smooth and easy for all of us. A few observations I had on my end, these are NOT complaints, but giving the next person a heads-up to prepare. 1. It’s the Caribbean weather, you have humidity and rain so there’s bound to be bugs and it is NOT the owner’s fault. We had one cockroach come to the kitchen every single morning even though we threw the trash away every night before and left no open items out in the kitchen. They left trash bags for us, but it wasn’t enough because we were attentive and took the trash out every day. So hopefully they can leave more trash bags out for guests in the future. 2. The view was fantastic, however when the Villa folks cleaned the seaweed, they piled it to the right of the villa. It made for not so awesome pictures of sunset. Again, no one’s fault. At least they cleaned it. 3. We had a group of 12, and there was a total of 4.5 bathrooms. There was not enough toilet paper for 4 nights and 5 days. We had to stop by the convenience store down the street to get some. So just make sure to bring some or stock up accordingly. This is a rental, not a hotel so we didn’t expect to have all of those basic toiletries refilled everyday, but would have been nice to get some extra. We would def stay here again!!

Beautiful house and OUTSTANDING cook!
The house is located on the north end of HZ, near KM 3.The area is nice and modern. We felt extremely safe. I noticed people jogging along the street/pathway during the night. The buses run (can get crowded, but very clean and most play overhead music) very frequently right outside the complex. There is a Starbucks within walking distance and several hotels in the area. The patio area of the house is an awesome place to eat meals and gather, literally steps from the water. We saw fireworks at night from the patio and a nice "lightning" show. I think it rained in Isla M. 2 kayaks and 4 bikes were included. I brought my own snorkeling gear. The water's edge was shallow enough for my grandbaby to play, supervised of course. The adults swam in the ocean. The water is much calmer than the public beach, more like a marina (but the current can be strong at times). A boat/tour vendor transported all 11 of us from the small pier across from the patio and took us to an area to rent jet skis. The house itself was large enough to allow privacy. The appliances are modern. 8 of us spent $414 USD for lunch/drinks in town. Do yourself a favor and either bring yr own alcohol or buy it at Costco/Walmart (we packed most of ours) and pay Maria to cook most of your meals. She cooked twice for us and the food was OUTSTANDING and plentiful (we had TONS of leftovers)!!!! She cooked such a variety of food there was no need to venture out to eat later. The cook was much (no wayyyyyyy) cheaper than dining out. There is a place within walking distance with a thatched roof on the beach side. The drinks and food were pretty good, but not as good as Maria's cooking. This was my 3rd trip to Cancun within the past few years. Opting to stay in a house vs a resort was a very good decision. I would visit again.

*****Beware Stale and Dirty******
Weather was perfect 80•. Location is great, safe gated small community, convenient to everything, size of property is spacious, good for large groups. 4 bedrooms, 2 of them private and 2 have multiple beds in them. We booked 6 days Jan 29 through Feb 4, 2019. We arrived in the afternoon. We made reservation for 9 people and we had a total of 11. Owners did not charge extra for the changes which is a plus, they provided 2 kayaks and bicycles which is nice with children. Great patio area with seating. The community pool is a nice size but located in rear of someone else’s home in the community. Pool was full of debris, cleaned out the 2nd day. You can fish right off the dock outside the patio door. Nice view if the windows weren’t so dirty on the INSIDE and outside. This property was VERY dirty, dingy old towels that need to be thrown away, blood stained bedding, dirty tables, dirty walls, dirty area rugs, 3 TV’s, the TV in the second master bedroom is useless because of poor internet connection plus the cheap Polaroid brand TV has bad picture. The outdoor grill had not been cleaned filled with burnt old meats and everything in the kitchen needed to be rewashed when we arrived. We called owners back immediately and asked for other accommodations especially since they kept bragging about owning 5 properties with all 5 stars (We paid thousands and we felt so disappointed). They said no but offered to clean early next day. We ordered food that night and sat our drink cups on kitchen counter. Within a few hours the counter and drinks were infested with ants. An army of ants came in at patio door as well. The owners arrived in the morning with cleaning crew with a lot of poor excuses and a can of ant spray. I showed them everything that was so obviously unattended to before we arrived. The plumbing in 2 of the bathrooms clogged (master bathroom sink and bedroom with 3 queen beds), 1 wash cloth and 1 towel person provided for your entire stay, the A/C didn’t work so we kept fans going and windows open. Beware if you stay in summer months. Mexico has beautiful clean beaches but this community doesn’t remove the seaweed that washes up daily so you have to climb over to walk on dilapidated dock. This beach front property area is not for swimming. It has a lot of debris (No pictures of the sand, FRONT or BACK of property provided online because you would see the mess). I do not recommend renting this property if you are expecting what you paid for.
