Tambien esta contiguo a la 5ta avenida y tienes la playa a pasos. El parqueo es first come firat served perp esta preciosisimo! Me fascina y el desayuno esta incluido lo cual es un plus. "

"If you are booking the rooms around the pool or seaview this place is very good value for money. It was relatively clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was great as well as the location. It isnt a big 5star hotel but it was punching above it's weight with regards to value. I had heard some horror stories and would stay at the cabanas but the hotel was really quite pleasant. "We had a really nice stay at Casa Melissa. The hotel is right on the beach and our room had a nice view of the beach too. The hotel was also a stones throw away from la Quinta Avenida (the Main Strip) as well as the ADO bus terminal. Our room was big, clean and had a fridge as well as shampoo/conditioner etc. The staff were also friendly. Overall, everything you’re looking for. "

"This property is right on 5th avenue. Entrance is on 2nd st North, pretty close to 5th Avenue. Balcony faces 5th avenue and is pretty loud late into the night. If sound bothers you, you should reconsider. wifi is pretty good speed. Room is small but comfortable for 2. AC worked well, staff is friendly. Easy to get in and get out. Nothing fancy about this place but budget friendly and all the dining options available to you on 5th Ave. "

"Not an extravagant hotel, but a good one. Clean , quiet close to the beach, ferry, shopping. Pool is nice. Parking is available but it’s only 3 spots so is very limited and is on first come first serve base’s. Was a good choice for my family on a budget. I do not recommend using the in room safe. It was not working properly at least the time we stayed. Staff was friendly. "
