"My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Playa Maya. We got to the hotel a little late, but was greeted by Marvin (I believe he's night time security) who helped us to our room. The hotel doesn't have a street entrance so you must walk through the beach, which was fine, we're at the beach anyway! They provide fresh water for the rooms and ours was cleaned nicely everyday. We have nothing but good things to say about this property. Our favorite person was Marvin. He carried great conversations...

"My room was really good, the bed comfortable and with a sea view. It is perfectly situated just beside the beach and very central in Playa del Carmen. Nicolas helped me when the remote control for the aircondition did not work, and he has a very nice attitude and knows service. Thank you.
