"Everything was excellent!"

"My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Playa Maya. We got to the hotel a little late, but was greeted by Marvin (I believe he's night time security) who helped us to our room. The hotel doesn't have a street entrance so you must walk through the beach, which was fine, we're at the beach anyway! They provide fresh water for the rooms and ours was cleaned nicely everyday. We have nothing but good things to say about this property. Our favorite person was Marvin. He carried great conversations...

"This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay. No hot water in shower, but there were a lot of footsteps we heard before trying it. Maybe others used up the hot water. No big deal. The staff has been terrific and friendly."

"The staff were all friendly and had a lot of good information and generally pleasant and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean. The view from my balcony was fantastic and I loved my room. The included breakfast was good. Despite it being right off Quinta Avenida it was quiet and peaceful. "

"I loved my stay here! I stayed in a beach front suite. My sunrise view was absolutely spectacular! The location is in an area that allows you to have quiet and dark after the sun goes down, and a completely empty beach for sunrise shots. The waves roll in from up the beach a bit stronger and create a nice calmer area from the point of the hotel to the ferry dock down the beach. The hotel is only a couple blocks from Parque Los Fundadores, and 10-20 minutes walk via 5th to the main mall, clubs,...
