"Last time that I went there wasn’t a pleasant experience, but this time the staff was super professional and friendly. The lounge was decorated nicely with a valentines theme. They even had cookies and popcorn for the guest! The room had all of the accessibility features and my mother was comfortable. Minus one rude guest on the elevator it was definitely a 180! My only request is to have enough towels in the room for two guest if you book for two guest. I was able to quickly rectify that issue...
