Heater was very noisy. Room with a very small window. Lighting inside bathroom was very dim. Floor is very cold and was not able to warm up. No breakfast service available.

When checking in they sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned and then took 20 mins to find another one. The new room had the door knob missing on the bathroom and there were kids on the floor that were making noise until well after 2 in the morning. Also, they should coordinate with the parks in the area as we were not able to check in until 3 but the park wouldnt let us leave until after 2 pm, so we didnt get to check in until 11pm and that made the being given the bad check in even worse!

We moved to a different room due to our pullout Sofa bed being covered in goldfish crackers. The second room has no T.P. and hairs inside bed sheets. I will never stay there again.
