"Everything was clean, lobby, hallways, breakfast area. Would stay here again, Good value for price. Some carpeting a bit worn, but that did not affect stay. It is right on marina, with great walking paths and access to waterside. There are homeless, or appearing to be homeless, in parking lot at public park next door, on back side of property, so park in lot by front door. $18 daily parking fee. Other than observing some activity ftom windows, the hotel felt secure. Pool did not feel heated, and hot tub was not working. Early May, and it was still cool outside, so that was disappointing.This marina is always windy, so the plastic surrounding clear walls on 2 sides of pool did reduce the wind in pool area. Free breakfast was adequate, fruit, yogert, bagels, coffee."

"This is a Ho-Tel. Not safe whatsoever. I do not recommend parking your car in their lot. Beware of this place. "

"Great place to stay! Super convenient to the Oracle and I felt at ease in the area. I liked how a key is required to leave the gates. JUST A SIDE NOTE: They do charge an extra $24 for parking! I was not told this and was not aware. It didn’t mention anything on the page either. Still worth the price! Will definitely be staying again."

"Beautiful, comfortable, clean with lots of room. All the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Free Wi-Fi, computers to print your boarding passes, free charging station for EV cars. Indoor pool, full bar and lounge with a real breakfast in the morning, not some continental coffee and roll, stuff. Great staff, so friendly and helpful with everything including breakfast"

"Property was as advertised. Upon getting to the property my youngest and I needed to use the bathroom and that’s when we discovered no toilet paper in the main floor bathroom. I searched in a closet and then looked downstairs where I found a used roll in the downstairs bathroom. This was when I discovered that the downstairs bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I messaged the host about the lack of toilet paper and mentioned the smoke smell. I never received a response. As my oldest was unpacking their car, someone drove by and shot their gun in the air. I attempted to call the host immediately to alert them of the situation and was only able to leave a voicemail. We did not feel safe staying there and proceeded to book a hotel, as no number for vrbo could be located. I did not get a response from the host until the next morning when I realized I had left my toiletry bag at the property and I asked if I could return to pick it up. They said because I had the property until April 1, I was free to return when I needed. I thought this was a strange response, as I had informed them that we had left the property. Vrbo had requested that I connect with the host to request a refund, and the only response I received was a generic message about check out and did not address anything else. Very disappointing and stressful."
