Internet was not working for 24h, so I missed 2 important Zoom calls - due to the hotel installation (ie not a neighborhood outage) In the evening, when we came back to the hotel, the room was not made: we mentioned it to the reception this (Sunday) morning they said we needed to remove the sign “don’t disturb” by 8am in the (Saturday) morning, but it was not indicated anywhere, and the reception was very rude this morning, and clearly did not care. Very bad and we will certainly not come back, and will tell our friends.

Happily surprised. Well maintained, staff super friendly. The parking lot on property has night time patrol. We feel safe. Room has 4 USB charging connections. Also has refrigerator and microwave. When my wife mentioned that we should consider this hotel again next time. It is a very good sign

This Holiday Inn Express is a little dated, however, the staff is exceptional! Breakfast was plenty and the room was clean. Spacious parking lot with security. It's also close to many restaurants.
