"Wonderful location. Right across the street from Union Station. Staff was helpful breakfast and dinner at Reign were amazing. Many options for an after work drink inside the hotel. Two concerts were: 1) elevators were significantly slow and any room ending with 292 (1st- top Floor) is right next to the elevator and you’ll hear it all night long. "

"In room bar fridge extremely noisy with gurgling sounds. Very poor shower pressure, water flow from showerhead was low so you could only stand about 18" from the front wall, leaving another 4ft behind you. Bed comfort was average. "
