"Overall, the appartment was kind of sketchy. It is definitely not beautiful, and if it was newly renovated, it is in need of more renovation. There is peeling paint in places, some of the baseboards are coming off, all the heat/ventilating registers are all covered over with tape and paper, doorknobs don't work, mousetraps were set in various places. It was also quite dirty - it doesn't look like the appartment in the picture. It also should be noted in the ad that it is a basement appartment....

"This was our first stop in Canada, and this property felt like home. It was very comfortable - for lounging and for sleeping. A grand old home with nice updates. The host was wonderful, with lots of history and recommendations. He personally delivered breakfast each morning. The location was great! A walkable neighborhood. A lovely backyard and patio. "This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. "Overall, the location is almost perfect as it allows you to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The house offers an overall good experience and can easily accommodate 8-10 people. "We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! "This house is just perfect. Most important is that we were very comfortable here. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Our stay was a mix of work business and personal business, and we got all our work done with ease.
