"Generally my stay in Westin is pleasant. Service is good and they gave us a little surprise when we told them it’s our anniversary. However, the cleanness of the restaurant can be improved. There are many flies in the dinner buffet. They are basically everywhere - resting on the food, on the dining table & etc. It seems like the staffs are pretty used to it and doesn’t see it as a hygiene concern. "I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"Blissful stay, staff were cheerful and extremely keen to make one's stay enjoyable. Idyllic location. Our rainforest villa was very private, cleverly architected and comfortably laid out inside. The private splash pool was larger than I expected. The only improvement i can think of would be to have an adjustable parasol by the sun loungers (they were just too hot to use for quite a lot of the day). Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Quite an old property. Hence didn’t impressed me much. The rooms has an old musky smell like any other hotels which were old. One of the lift was faulty when we were there, but no signs were put up. We waited long time to get to our rooms during peak hour. The hotel staff were helpful and kind when we asked questions. I liked that the hotel employed staff with disabilities, giving them a chance to be more independent. "
