"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Staying at The Bed, KLCC Hostel was a terrific choice for my stay in Kuala Lampur. The highlight was the location, as it was in the center of where you can easily access several of the sites you would want to see as a tourist. Surrounding the hostel were several name brand hotels that cost quite more when compared to staying at this hostel due to the prime location. I was in the single bed room, and it was perfect for me as I mainly needed it to sleep after a day out exploring the city. When I...

"The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"
