Staff managed to quickly sort out a new room, however as we were moving rooms the safe stopped working and took over 30 mins for the engineer to come and sort. There is a buggy service provided to take you from and to Suria KLCC mall, however we were dissappinted as when there is slight rain the buggy service is stopped and resumes 15 mins after any bit of rain. "Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun.
