Our room was spacious and well appointed; there was a selection of toiletries provided, but our only disappointment was that there were no bars of soap - so there was nothing available should we wish to take a bath - the basin and shower had pump-action containers beside their units, but nothing within reach of the bath!"

"The hotel, the hotel staff, the amenities and nearly everything about this hotel is perfect. Truly excellent. The only thing is that we had a less than desirable experience at the SKAI restaurant. We went there for dinner with our kids, dressed for the occasion and in 45 minutes we barely got drinks. Felt completely ignored the entire time, until I stood up to claim the check — then magically the server appeared but then 45 min had gone by and we were ready to go.
