"We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...

"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our kids had an amazing stay. The personal touches and kid friendly amenities made them very happy. Conveniently located close to universal, water park and sea world. We got given free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark which the kids loved. Will definitely be staying again! "
