"We had a great experience staying at the Hyatt for the weekend. We were allowed to check in early which was a big plus since we wanted to go walk around the city and not have to worry about our bags. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent with any questions we had. Will stay there again."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The elevator system is effecient after you learn how to use it (there are kiosks near them to select the floor you want). The lobby is under construction, but we had read that before coming and were not caught by surprise. Baggage hold company was quick and efficient if you need them to watch you bags before or after check out ($6 per bag). Doorman was great at giving us tip of how to best execute our plans and getting us a cab when needed. The room cleaning was also great. Best we could remeber since Covid for sure. We were given a credit for each night for their lounge area which is a baby starbucks during the day and bar by night. But this was great to get drinks and snacks in the morning before heading out for site seeing. We will definitely stay here again."
