"Obvious wear and tear on property/furniture/etc. But compared to nearby properties, it was a great affordable option. Water running sometimes was quite loud, water didn't drain properly in the shower. Conveniently walkable to nearby bars/restaurants (we went to Seymours for drinks and the ACE hotel for a wedding and for the swim/beach club) 5 min walk to each. Good atmosphere with lots of kids/families around. Island vibes during the day. Tiki bar was as advertised, kitschy, fun and cool....
