Overall a real pleasant stay. The hotel perfume was wonderful. Renting the bicycles was also a hoot. The staff are very frienly. Just wish the oasis pool bar was open during .y stay.

Overall a very nice mid century modern style hotel. Huge property with many buildings to navigate to get to the lobby. Well kept landscaping on the property. I was a little disappointed in the lack of body lotion and or bar soap for a two night stay.

Nice dated property, with weird noises for the A/C off/on and sofa as hard as a rock but other than that it was perfect for the rates charged. Except for the resort fee that is always over and above and particularly annoying when you don't use those amenities.

Lack of pool towels at both pools. Smaller pool no drinking water. Larger pool cold pools and hot tub.

The property was nice and the service staff were very friendly and exceptional. However, our room was beneath a party that spent the majority of the night (beginning from 10pm to 2am) partying and playing loud, thumping music and it was so loud we had to call noise complaint/security twice on them. They continued to party and our group was unable to sleep.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Honestly couldn't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the safe were at Riveria. Hotel was clean and food was delicious. Only notes is that all their hot tubs were broken so none of them were hot or even warm. So for a January trip that was a massive bummer, even in their spa facilities. However, the massage at the spa was lovely.
