Our trip started badly with the airline losing our luggage but the girls behind the desk were incredibly helpful and gave recommendations for where to get new clothes and where to eat and what to see. "I stayed here on two separate occasions in the last few weeks (was in and out of Buenos Aires). Place was clean on both occasions, price was great, staff super helpful. Any questions via whatsapp were responded to promptly. Was also great they spoke English as my Spanish is very limited. They organized transportation for me to the airport on both occasions, both times taxis arrived exactly on time. If you are looking for great service, highly recommend. Thanks Juan and Vani!"
