Find Hotel with a Concierge in Palermo Viejo

"This was our first visit to the Fierro Hotel but won't be our last. The hotel is located in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires which is known for its street art and restaurants. The Fierro Hotel is small but welcoming. Every morning it provides a free breakfast which is available until 3pm--great for arrivals from the US. We had the 8th floor suite which contained a separate terrace and hot tub. It was a beautiful room with a stunning view. The management of the hotel was outstanding. The front desk helped us with many inquiries and was always anxious to give us advice as to what to do and where to go. The manager was especially cordial and helpful. If you want to avoid the cookie cutter big hotels with minimal service, stay at the Fierro!"

"The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Location is great for being central and walkable to most parts of Palermo and adjacent neighborhoods. It was fairly quiet the day before Christmas Eve but I imagine is a bit more lively on usual weekends. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but totally fine. And the pool was nice for a quick dip and some sun in the middle of the city. "

"I had a lovely stay at BENS L'Hotel. It is a very nice boutique hotel with a pretty garden and small pool. The garden has beautiful flowers and tables and chairs to sit. The breakfast room is at the end of the garden and has a good selection from sweets/breads to eggs and cereal. The reception area is very nice and the staff were very nice and helpful with planning tours, cabs, and general information. It is also 1 block from Seranno Square. My room was overlooking the garden and was very comfortable with large windows and a small balcony to sit on. The neighbourhood of Palermo is quite safe and has lots of restaurants and a scops."
